I feel like the placement of things is good but the features are harsher than in the original. Your drawing is missing the soft and roundness

maybe its just me but i feel like the neck is a little long 😅 dont take my word for it tho, i dont know much about anatomy

I think the neck looks long because the reference has a long neck? If anything it might be shorter in the drawing.

i think the sketch is hella good but the nose and chin are a bit hard compared to the reference ifykim
