Hi, i'm a primarily physical artist who occassionaly does digital art with a non-screen drawing tablet. I'm still learing of course but I seem to see a huge disparity between my physical and digital art. Primarily that my digital art looks alot less accurate and detailed. Even when I ink my physical arts they are much better than my physical ones. My questions being: Is there a tip to get more acccurate and detailed artworks digital? Do I just have to draw digitally alot more? and would a screen drawing tablet help at all?

Screen is nice, but it wont significantly help you anymore than a drawpad
First getting into digital can be kind of jarring but in the long run will help you learn faster
Some tips, start simple, don't go straight into characters, practice your basic geometry, draw faces, draw hands, let yourself get comfortable with small exercises, make a whole canvas of small but high effort works
What's your process rn? are you building your drawings up with a sketch then lineworking it, or just linework?

you probably don't have to do two sketches, unless your first is VERY raw, and the second is for working out detailing like hands and facial features.
I find that when you do characters, you're basically building them with 3d objects, then detailing it, you're essentially 2d sculpting, and it's good to be aware of that

but yea, keep at it, my man, just keep practicing, and DO study up on some things, art is just as much study as it is practice
