Are the colors/designs looking alright?

i feel a pattern on the scarf might improve it, and instead of a pastel blue on the guy, a navy blue,, a much more royal look. i know it matches his eyes but i think it'd really make it pop. or maybe a blue on the scarf lol. i just think a navy/darker blue would look really good on him

Designs are really nice., Same goes for the anatomy. I would say that the face of the lady and the hair (not the colors, those look good) but the hair itself needs some work.
