I tested with 4.0.0c files [hoping it's a clean installation], got an issue which is not properly the same of your stacktrace. So because i cannot login to that server there might be a chance that the issue should not be completly fixed.
Anyway I pushed a patch, download latest release and let me know if you have a chance.
