I'm on my singleplayer world, I tried to create a new one but its still bugged :/
Removing the mods make the loading screen infinite
Update : I uninstalled the game, deleted the mods, reinstalled the game, had an infinite loading screen, reinstalled the mods and now the quest fixed itself and got completed, I can progress the story

I had to install the mods because of the way the items stacked in the server, it would crash the game in singleplayer without the mods if you tried to relocate the items and sometimes just delete them

though the last 2 POI's i visited i got no XP on the server.. but it could have been because it was the main quest camp POIS about freeing the crew

so i never been to this place on the server but it shows completed already

The POI's progression are Character sided, if you already did them in singleplayer or another server, it stays completed for you

Yeah, singleplayer works, just a few quests are bugged, but the server I guess can't handle it if you are over the max level

Something you can do, is create another character, retrieve everything you had on the old one, then play a bit with mods installed to get exp faster and right before you get over 15 you do a fresh reinstall of the game to get rid of the mods

or atleast until you get your new character to a level you like
