My.dmg for ww is low as fk

I just farmed up a couple inventory fulls of the rings/bows and slammed 10%s over and over till I got at least two successes. With the bows I filter out anything under at least 50 base power from the W5 bows. But that depends on where you're at. Getting there I would enhance like 30s then 40s and sometimes if I got 1 10% hit early I'd use 30%s to try and guarantee upgrades.

You got this skill though, right? This is what makes skipping to W5 actually worth.

Scales based on mob HP is why, so early worlds does nothing.

But the bow I linked dropped from a sluggma, which isn't even that healthy, at 71 weapon power base.

And these rings from purple mushroom ofc.

RNG is big swing tho, sluggma can still drop things with WP as low as mid 40s.

Then ye, I'd just recommend farming up inventories of rings/bows and slamming till get two 10% success. It's only a 1/100 chance getting two in a row. But if you wanna farm up stacks of 500 that works too, just felt slower to me cause my tempest stone farming rate not that good. You probably have a lot more DR than me, so may be better for your case.

If I could save up 2500 for a bow, that'd be insane gains. 146 WP on base 71 bow... would probably jump me up to like 30M.

But would take me actual days.

Only way to get that kinda bow though, as it'd be a 1/100000 chance to hit 5 10s lol.

And ofc higher world bows would drop well above that WP anyway at base so not really worth investing into the sluggma bow that heavily I don't think.

Man, drop rates just make no sense. Stacked rice cakes are 1/100,000 drops. I have x63 drop rate multi, so 1/1587. I kill 190M/hour, so that's 119k drops per hour. I use a 1 hour candy and get 6. Like what? Even if we completely ignore drop rate, that'd still be 1900 from 190M kills! Where the fuck does 6 come from?

Make sure you're taking your sample with a piece of the event chopping food and the craftable chopping food (spicy logs or whatever) as well. Never use the event food though, just click tree, sample, stop and put it back in your storage until the next time you sample. Those foods are a huge deal for sample size.

and ofc for logs in particular, overlevel and super the log chopping skill. Also the class 1 bottom-left efficiency skill, goes up a lot with extra levels.

@mental geode Btw, elemental type weapons are super important for abomination slaying, unfortunately. My dust bow with 3x the raw damage of my wind bow does about 8B per shot to this biggole wurm abomination, while the wind bow 1T damage behind it does about 30B per shot.

Actually up to 42B.

So gonna have to carry around elemental bows till done with abominations

Dust bow still gonna be massively better for dust farming though, so long as it has the damage to clear. That dust% appears to be a final multi, as it completely doubles my dust gain as shown in the compass and per hour.

Wind bow seems to be the best to try and get a strong one of. Least since I've been actually using elemental weakness, almost every abom has been wind weak.
