I want to make it perfectly clear this is not my opinion but rather a translated statement from ........hmmm judging from the evidence provided, it seems to suggest that its by a former employee or someone who is involved in the project.
(The materials are confidential, so the original poster applied mosaics to them before sharing.)

Originally, the scenario for Chaos Zero Nightmare was being written by a four-person team led by a popular Korean Cthulhu-style novelist known as “Kazesuke” (감기도령 / Gamgi Doryeong). However, due to internal disputes within the company, involving their flagship title Epic Seven scenario team ended up joining the Chaos Zero project. (In Japan, this game is published and operated by Yostar.)

In effect, the Epic Seven side had been transferred to Chaos Zero as a form of demotion by the producer (P). However, they didn’t get along with either the producer or the Chaos Zero writing team, and relations between them were hostile. In the midst of this, the producer — who was also the company’s representative — suddenly began criticizing Kazesuke’s scenario.

One day, the producer (P) brought his own scenario plot to the team and made the employees read both his and Kazesuke’s versions, then held an internal vote to decide which one was more interesting. Naturally, since P was the company president, he won.

Furthermore, P apparently really liked the heroine, Renoa, and created an original self-insert character named “Loius” to pair him with Renoa, essentially engaging in what’s known as a “Mary Sue / self-insert fantasy” move (often called a “Yume Otoko move” in Japanese).

The person who gave this testimony also attached materials — including the scenario plot personally written by P and concept art of Loius and others — which had never been made public outside the company. Because of this, the testimony is regarded by Korean users as almost certainly true.

The producer (P) personally admitted during an emergency livestream on November 1 that he had interfered with the scenario’s content and that there had been a mass departure of the writers.

Because of this, the Captain was originally meant to be portrayed as a hero who achieved a 0% death rate among their crew.

“Even if the nightmare repeats, from 0 to 1.”
It was also described as a
