What about priority?
It’s a PVP stat. You can completely ignore it in my opinion.
It will allow your units to use their skills faster than your opponent (ONLY IN PVP).
Considering some of the lines you can get are pretty good, this is by far the worst stat you can get on any piece of gear.

Was thinking of using 10% atk speed and 5% ally crit rate 60% magic atk on Dian over 15% healing boost with 40% magic atk
Heals would be 15% less but 10% faster ?
