obviously last rite comp would do better with ardelia in there as debuff support (over the snowshine/estella position afaik) but yeah

endgame is releasing feb 12 so theres no real endgame to do right now, but build characters to get ready

they decided to hold it for 3 week and give people time to finish most of the content and take their time

turns out only the first sub-pac is blocked from upgrading to lv3+ by the defense mission

you can still upgrade infra station etc to the max without doing that, not that you'd really want to due to the loss of stock bill gain but it's a silly oversight I found

tho now that I think about it, if not doing the defense missions while they're active blocks you from raising the outpost lvls, this might be a silly workaround
