So if you use lian (steal turn meter) dps, Lilith (spd down and push back turn meter, chiaki the echo (push turn meter up/ atk up) the clan boss doesn’t get turns very often

Thus it keeps stacks lows so you can get 5/6 turns per boss turn and hit tier 100 while it doesn’t have a big atk boost each turn it’s atk boost goes up
