you should be spamming the highest non-boss story stage you have access to that gives the exp mats you need for either character or weapon leveling

so tldr highest chapter stage 10 or 11 iirc

while this is slightly slower for leveling than spamming nightmare boss stages in terms of stam burned to exp gained ratio, nightmare bosses don't give exp for leveling characters n stuff so it's better to farm the story stages cuz it's a GI clone in many ways

including the ridiculous amount of exp books you need for leveling chars

the only real exception is if you're omegawhaling, in which case you can just spam nightmare stages for exp cuz you can buy out the shop books

idk how high it goes, I know at one point I had 720 stam on main cuz I had a bunch of stam mails about to expire

and as for the star stones, I plan on doing both, some refreshes but less than the 120 daily gain from knights missions

that way I still get incremental increases to my starstone count while still doing some refreshes too

basically its a stam efficiency sort ofthing

early on when relic farming you go general purpose so you can slap it on a variety of units, THEN once you have one of those you go after the specific ele ones

because different content has different ele as strong vs it, having a general purpose set first means you can clear more shit with it (example, different tower floors)

this is why it's recommended to go after general purpose relic sets first, because it gives more freedom while you battle the rng to get the specific ele sets
