Out of curiosity, if you finish the other C/H. It's possible you can run all 5 of yours at once since they have inspiration and intimidation unlocked at S+

That would be one route that can be taken

In terms of wanting to use Shemira, she's very ult oriented so possibly Damian and Twins would help out a lot. Lily May for the initial ult cancel. I guess Thoran for the tank is needed. And possibly throw Talene or Harak as the last one whichever works better
