You're supposed to revisit the past seasons map

You get everything on the map when you complete the old seasons

From the context above, I believe you quit pre-season, so once you reach resonance 240 you unlock every past seasons map we had. Grinding everything should net you 300+ white letters per seasonal map

Not sure about the brown letters but it should be quite a lot maybe 100+ per season
