That really is gonna depend on your roster, if you’re f2p, light spender, medium spender, whale, or Kraken.
Most f2p - medium seem to be using Errion, Arden, Carolina, Thoran, + support of your choice.
Obviously if you have Scarlita you’ll use her instead of Carolina since Scarlita is a pvp God.

u get a single guy assigned to you.. if he beats your defense once, you will demote on sunday's reset
