Wayfinder had a similar problem and it was because the items in the inventory weren't stored right in the database so everytime you loaded somewhere all items in the inventory had to reload
And if you had a lot of items then it took forever or kicked you since it also had to load items in inventorys of players around you which made the game lag as hell
