It would be quite beneficical if you tell the developers to at least warn the players "What packs are getting updated" because right now there is bunch of people that are going to complain about the weekly sub-stats pack that has been adjusted to provide more rewards than pre-maintenance. Me and the whole discord community that has 20k members would like to hear a valid reason for how it's allowed to change a pack without compensanting the prior buyers. Because it's not a different pack but it's the same pack for players that have been buying it since the first week. Even in JP/KR it was never adjusted without proper maintenance patch notes which we are clearly lacking. If there is a possibility I would like to speak to someone that wouldn't neglect this complaint which is being copy & pasted by the person called "Scott". The community is flooded with those pictures and it will bring bad advertisement for the game and give the spending players a reason to quit. Which you guys probably already noticed that the free to play players are actually slowly leaving the game because of the case wanting to "catch up" with the Asian (Korea/Japan) servers. Even canada had 2,5 months of time to actually catch up with the resources where global is getting right now almost every 1-2 weeks a new banner. Please don't dissapoint the spending players that are spending on this game I've spent already like 2000 euro and I plan to spend more but please don't be changing packs without giving us any proper notice so we at least can hold off on buying the limited pack that can be bought every week once.
