Fana
is a better version of Yami, deals more damage, and has an AoE special attack. She will make running the red dungeon faster, and you will see a few people using her in PvP from time to time. However, she is not really worth it for F2P players or dolphins.

Vetto
falls short as a unit. Imagine a version of Mars but without the first turn debuff immunity, the combo stun, or the taunt and defense reduction, this is Vetto in nutshell, offers nothing in any content. However, for whales competing in team power rankings, as a defender, he has more CC than any other unit type. If you are going to compete for the top 15 rankings, this unit is a must-have.

Rhya & Licht

Rhya
Rhya is a great DPS unit for both PvP and PvE. He is most notable for his PvE usage as he is a must-have for some late stages in Hall of Illusion, specifically stages 85 and 95.
In PvP, he and Licht make up the infamous one-turn kill team.

Licht
Licht is a great attacker for PvE and PvP. He constantly buffs his crit rate and crit damage, allowing for easy high damage crits on the enemy team. His skill 2, when buffed, one-shots blue units most of the time, even the tanky units like Mars.

Both units are meant to work together in PvP, but Licht can be used on his own. The team to run is Rhya + Licht + Valtos + Finral. While the team is a very strong one-turn kill, keep in mind that you will need very good gear on both Rhya and Licht to use them effectively in PvP, and you will need to max out both their combo skills and Licht's special attack. This is a heavy investment considering they get countered hard when S2 Noelle comes out.
