Apparently, 4 new characters will be released as soon as next week - they will be split between two banner:

Fana and Vetto
Licht and Rhya

We anticipated that this would happen that's why those four are already available on the Global tier list from the start (because Canada also got them early). Still, what we didn't anticipate is the fact that season 2 might start already in December - and season 2 means Summer Noelle who is one of the strongest characters in the game, even now in KR/JPN, will be released.

So I would suggest everyone to save their Universal Mage shards and pulls in case Season 2 will come early - also you should be able to obtain the Gateway of Destiny key right in time to get a single copy of S.Noelle. Still, she really becomes a monster once you unlock her LR+2 passive which means you will need 2 more dupes (or 2 Universal Mage Shards).
