Basically, there is a feature you unlock after beating the game called new game+. This allows you to start a new game and recieve some benefits like starting at lvl 1 with the perks u carry over but has the consequence of deleting ur save mostly

so all the work you put into the save disappears with new game+ and it changes the way you play the game
