At the same time the Yuri skin is echelons better than any of the others and also not available for people who aren't lucky on the event or have big wallets. Lastly I only really give a fuck about urek so in that regard it would make more sense to get the tickets in order to hit 200 quicker for the chance to get him. But on the other hand things like tickets etc come around a lot limited skins however....
