If your main audience is shouting at you to fix the mess you make and you just spread it around more and then ask them to forgive you then it just makes them angrier

Game is probably done for, usually its hard to get goodwill back but certainly there are ways to do it

Main thing would be to get feedback from the players and actually act on the consensus from the majority which in this case hated the way they implemented Rhiannon and this useless Atomic Heart Collab which was probably pushed by Tencent

They could have made Ms Grace the actual limited unit but for whatever reason decided to put in the bs mess they call Rhiannon

I quit not too long ago but have been following the game to see if they'll fix it but so far no
