Just attack her a few times each round, eventually I was able to kill her with 2-3 star cent attacks in one round from her dmg taken debuff stacking

And I used the cards that increased the encants levels each turn to keep the high lvl buffs on

And up until the final hit, it doesn't matter what you hit her with as long as it does at least 1 dmg

You really just need one dps, the rest can be support/healers. For stacking the debuff on the boss, the amt of dmg doesn't matter, just use lots of weak 1* attacks

Save up 3* skills for your main dps, and drop other debuffs on the boss as required the turn before
