assuming this is/was onbanner, that's still very good tbh, because across the 6 multis/60 singles until soft pity starts you have roughly only ~35% chance to pull the banner 6*. 6x copies of the onbanner unit in 400 pulls is 1 every ~67 pulls, so you still came in a fair bit above average.

remember that even upon pulling a 6* unit you have to win the 50/50 if you didn't lose it previously, so worst case scenario is 140 pulls for 1 copy

since 6 copies are needed to max a unit, even assuming you take the average of hitting hard pity 3x + losing the 50/50 3x, as well as and pulling onbanner 6* in 1st single 3x, that still totals out to 423 total pulls so yeah
