everything else seems decent, but basically that 43.8% crit rate effectively makes your hits deal ~101% dmg on average

which is....bad, considering how high your cdmg is

tldr with 100% crit rate and minimum cdmg you'd be doing almost 50% more dps than you are now

Well it might be possible but my rolls are pretty high on my Encore's echoes, I only don't have CRate on 1 of them and even if I get a max roll (10.5 Crate) it will only take me up to 277% CDmg, 50% CRate.

I don't have a CRate weapon on Encore so maybe having the CDmg weapon on Jiyan actually helps a lot more than I think it does but even then, all stats on all echoes would need to be near max

It actually works like that in wuthering waves, The problem is there are more possible stats that it could be than Star Rail
I think there are 8 possible stats for each individual substat minus flat atk/def/hp which only has 3 of them
I think the video I watched was using a sample size of about 150 substat rolls, so its not conclusive but it did result in about 2% chance of the max rolls appearing.

They become very scare especially when you get to lvl 40, I've ran out twice now upgrading characters to lvl 70 and getting their skills up, onlty being saved by the 1000000 shell credits they gave everyone.
