yup, I did it with lv10-11 characters

tldr you aggro both, then draw out of their range so they reset + desync from one another. then it's just a matter of repeatedly using a ranged attacker to charge concerto attacks for the hp% dmg + pick them off slowly one at a time

even the cyan heron spindash attack doesn't exceed the rectifier characters' ranges (I used baixhi for this but I'm sure others would work too)

Tbh I didn't think about trying to desync them and pulling one away to fight it first and then fight the second one. I was just really going in there for a attempt and proceeded to get shredded but next time I try it I'll be a bit mroe tactical.
When you say hp% dmg, which characters deal those types of damage and should I use them for fighting the boss over someone like Encore?

the hp% dmg is a property of concerto attacks vs those special enemies afaik, so it doesn't matter who you use apart from having a ranged attacker in your team to charge it up

concerto attack = when the character has intro animation attack upon swapping to them

you know it's ready when the char portrait in your team on the upper right has that whitish aura ring or w/e

just note that while it's hp% dmg it's not a lot so if you're relying on that to take em down it'll still take a good while
