more or less this. there are some other considerations though. like it's just the equivalent of getting a gold artifact from genshin on day 1. they are guaranteed to have suboptimal stats. and you can farm all. and rarity rates of what they drop from may change from cbt. so it's kinda just "pick a good one." have till 6/6 to lock it in
