I will say, the atk speed buff for transcribing ignition weps is gigantic.

I put class appropriate ignitions on my DPS characters instead of the bag that reduces incoming damage, but is T3 for the 11% and it reduced my blue serpent damage from 280k to 170k

Two big things you can do are disable your auto TR to save up ignition points in the fight before boss, and just stand still between every fight. All your skills charge up fully by just waiting.
