HH relics are from pre farming for other heroes. Because i was searching for crit dmg and speed for sunday/sparkle. So thats the results for that. Planar was for hyacine at the time until i found something. So i threw that together within seconds.
dahlia was because FF/Fugue farming when they came out. Later on i had used superbreak relics for luka for lols. So dahlia pretty much inherit lukas stuff. the only thing new is the body piece. got it off RNG relic drop from burning 2000-3000 relic materials lol

With elation being its own thing and being unaffected by any buffs, there really seems no best way to build her. My Chinese friends just go for 90 CR and dump everything else into speed.
Some even slap regular CR + speed relics on her without any cd at all, since it doesn’t affect much.

Because there is DOT (dmg over time), Break, FUA (follow up attack), elation (newest path), remembrance (summoning/hp focus comp first new path)
There is also tierlists. i personally used prydwen for up to date heroes doing well each patch/game mode in question
