If your dmg is 'low' then its normal for your level. The best thing you can do is just 'max' traces, and have a good 1:2 crit and crit dmg ratio

so like idk 60/120 or 40/80

stats are rng so thats also something you have to consider.

E1 Luocha or e0

E2 RM OR E1 RM?

Luocha eidolons are not worth if you have other healers since they do alot more - buffs or dps-wise
RM E1 is a generalist buff that works with every team - E2 is somewhat generalist but benefits break teams more

I would skip both eidolon upgrades if you're using stellar jades, but if it's the store currency thing then maybe E2 RM.
Personally I'm holding the currency in case there's better characters included next time

Cas' best healer is S1 Hyacine hands down. If you don't have her, I've also used Lingsha or Luocha, both are usable but nowhere near Hyacine

Yea, DHPT only shields, which does not generate charge for Cassie. If you don't have any of the three, then getting E0 Luocha would work.
Gallagher is maybe slightly worse than Luocha, Bailu should be around the same level if you have spare SP in the team

then i realize he is better off in a break sustain than normal usage.

I built Luocha fast (160SPD + ERR rope + Post-Op LC), but you can also run him at minimum speed and max ATK + HP.
Just know that Cassie's normal skill will trigger Luocha's emergency heal

Bailu only heals with her skill and ult. But if she overheals teammates, they gain +10% max HP for 2 turns, which gives you a larger hp pool to charge Cassie.

Luocha with his field up heals on every attack by teammates + his skill and ult heals. When his field is up, he can basic attack to regen SP and still heal. But there will be downtimes when his field is not up (needs 2 use of either skill or ult).

Luocha has more instances of healing, but Bailu heals for more per action (skill/ult). Cassie is SP-neutral so if the other two members of the team use SP regularly, Bailu won't get to heal every turn, which will reduce the frequency of ults and overall healing.

The wording is hella confusing.. the dragon acts and after that the bondmate does 200% damage is what I understand, but it sounds way too good to be true.. for an e2 of all eidolons
