blades issue is his FUA that has a way too high hit count (getting it or his own attacks i mean to trigger it)

i have high hopes they either reduce it or rework it with the buffing stuff they are about to do

i think having like 3 stacks needed(hits) is better
with E6 then 2 instead

on top of changing his entire kit to HP scaling and remove atk scaling
and give some more multipliers to ult/basic

JL also needs that crazy state reworked as in remove the 3 hit count and make it so that it works like Aglaeas ult or Robins ult, as in a seperate thing on the AV Scale

with E6 they can make it so that it goes even slower so we have 1-2 more attacks this way

we wouldnt get punished as much then when trying to push her up like crazy
on top of that she needs a higher multiplier on ult and skill

other than that i dont think she needs anything else tbh

seems like V3 castorice got nerfed

if her dragon is summoned every other team member does 10% less dmg lmao

Barebones summary:

• Damage buff for the dragon the lower the enemy's HP

• Nerfed multipliers for most of the notable damage skills (dragon's breath, dragon's nuke, Cas' skill and enhanced skill)

• HP drain slightly reduced across the board

• Moved the partywide heal from the dragon's explosion from a trace to the talent itself, made it a little stronger(?)

• Dragon's energy/HP now charges from all heals (unclear to me whether it charges via overheal at all anymore, but I think it doesn't?)

• Dragon name change again (this time with added inconsistency, sometimes it's called "Dead Dragon" other times it's "Netherwing")

Mixed bag, looks to be an overall damage nerf but the energy changes might compensate for that and end up just spreading out the damage more evenly across longer battles due to better ult uptime

these are the values pre-DMG buffs and pre-multiplier as those are the same
HP wins. If Hyacine buffs HP, then Crit. DMG will likely be better damage-wise. HP has the added benefit of charging her Ult faster, which will probably not matter most of the time.
