Hm, I will say, they didn't really stray far from the Genshin formula other than it being a turn-based game. And I prefer active combat games to turn-based, so, while it's still early, so far this is just kinda...worse genshin for me

Even so similar that the Eidolon levels are exactly the same as constellations, with level 3 giving skill 1 (elemental skill) +2 levels and max level 15, and skill 5 giving your ult (elemental burst) +2 levels and max level 15.

And "Light Cones" are just weapons with reforging replaced by "Superimposition"...the only system so far that's actually different is the "Traces" system, which is the parallel to talents in genshin, but has a bit more to it than just level up your skills.

One big different that I'm not sure how I feel about at this point...like it makes it easier to do your dailies, but makes the game less of you actually playing the game, is that the daily stuff, unlike in genshin where you run around and find/activate the nodes, or go to domains and run those manually, you just click the button in your guide to directly open those nodes, and can auto-battle them.

So depends on what you like. It's less playing the game, but also less of your time spent on dailies, and more on the actual game. That just means once you've finished the game though...it just becomes a daily "click these buttons" fest with nothing else to do.
