What does chanting mean on a weapon?

@hoary hinge usually means chanting for as much as the cost, meaning it will deduct as much AP (top left) as the SP (card cost)

chanting for 4 ticks meaning deduct 4 AP, no matter the cost

for some reason though

arianna's exclusive weapon says chanting only, but its actually chanting for 4 ticks

7 SP cost, 4 AP cost

so u gotta try each waepon just to be sure

chanting means effect will happen next turn
