did you set it up correctly?
although i personally changed some stuff
like the oled care stuff where i disabled screen dimming which was really annoying
or the pixel cleaning reminder, you dont need a reminder, my monitor does the cleaning on its own after im done for the day when i turn off the pc
auto logo brightness i also disabled everything, same with screen diming it just lowers brightness randomly which was disturbing for me
other than that make sure your input select has displayport ticked so your not in dsc mode and double check in system setup displayport stream that ur runnign on displayport 2.1
also disable dsc support there you dont ever want to run in dsc mode
besides that i pretty much followed the color correction from the video except i have brightness at 90 and contrast at 80, he had it super low
remember when turning on hdr you need to setup the settings again for hdr mode

oh another important detail
make sure to enable 10 bit color depth in nvidia control panel, else you run in 8 bit

and ofc enable gsynch for fullscreen & windowed

set vsync to on globally and disable vsync in games for better latency

in windows display settings disable color management in color profiles

repeat that step with hdr on

then with hdr on disable auto hdr in the hdr settings, you want to enable RTX hdr manually for each game in the nvidia app, windows auto hdr sucks

after all that make sure ur still set to 240hz and then ur good

the little annoying thing is you always have to setup the windows and nvidia settings again after a windows or nvidia driver update but eh
like windows updates like to enable auto hdr again or color correction and nvidia resets everything aswell like the 10 bit colors or dont run at 240hz etc

wrong refresh rate is pretty normal after a fresh driver installation btw, i always have to set it back up to 240, then i set up everything else, restart the pc once, doublecheck if everything is saved correctly and then start gaming or w/e

combat is very fun too

only downside is the stats you have in the game, some are downright useless, bad early and better later, so all party member are almost built the same early game, besides pictos

the fun seems to be around act 3

dunno who thought defense was a good stat to have when you can just parry or dodge anything. And if you have you're hp high enough you dont need defense

my stats on everyone in act 1 is mostly like this. 15 luck, 15 vit, all the rest in speed

speed is god until like 48 speed then get luck to 35

then i had some orange gear aka "cave gear" which is like fremen tech
blue stuff is kinda ur tech stuff, rocket pack, shield, power pack etc
purples are "uniques", you need special blueprints and with that blueprint you can craft that item once, you can farm those blueprints again if you want and craft more tho

the qualitys you probably mean are in the tech tree like this

Just woke up again
But before i went to Bed i had to spend a couple of Hours to get myself back on feet cuz i got eaten by the worm
If you get eaten by the worm you lose everything you have on you and he also destroys your bike when ur on it at that time, so you lose all your equipped gear and literally all weapons and tools and mats etc you have on you.
Thats already brutal enough right? Well yeah but the worst thing is i was basically in the middle of moving my Base from the 2nd Tier Area to the 3rd, so i had alot of stuff on me and lost everything
Kinda sucks to basically lose 20 Hours of Progress but eh, so i had to spend a few hours getting some Materials and stuff to build a new Bike and new Gear and shit

But its still alot of fun even with that backlash, cant wait to explore the new area today and build Tier 3 stuff, theres finally some light automation for water income and better electricity stuff and i already took a sneak peak into just a small area of the new Region and theres actually a change of scenery, massive harkonen Bases and gigantic caves which go deep underground where they mine for ore, then theres quicksand everywhere which just sucks you in and your bike when ur not careful, the weather gets harsher and harsher like its even hotter there so you need to pay even more attention to walk in the shadows as much as possible, weather events like sandstorms where you need to find shelter are also happening more etc etc

Tldr: its still fucking great

Im excited for the buggy today, like i can build a buggy now where you can attach a mining drill for example and just go mining with your Buggy

And next tier im already getting the very first flying vehicle!!! Cant wait

specially down slash

where you can control where you landing and flying to where

which give you lot of creative way to skip some stuff

in silksong down slash doesnt really straight down, she aim at 30-45 degree hit, which make harder to control

for example, there is a first part of content there is a stuff u need to collect, but you might need wing to get it because it too far to just jump. There is a flight foes around there, old knight just down slash and get it

while silksong cant really, or i might not know the trick yet, her down slash recovery isnt straight up either

ofc you can spam down attack

and you can do some really cool manouvers with it

when your good you can completely bounce of the same enemy multiple times and kill it if you want

theres also environmental stuff where you need the off degre to bounce around and climb higher

but you can also get upgrades later on that change your attacks including your down attack completely

the 2nd upgrade is more downwards than as an angle and the third bounces you across the screen

theres alot of diversity to tackle enemys and environment like that

at first i also thought its kinda weird but you get used to it and if you master it its hella fun

just wait until you get the reaper crest, i like that down attack more aswell
