Like, mistakes happening is fine and all, I get that games are more complex so we can't have the flawless launches we used to have, but when games are released in such a horrible state that literally not one single player can play through the game without encountering severe or even game-breaking bugs...that's an issue, and that's how it be.

It's easy to miss minor bugs like "Oh if I swap to this weapon while charging this other weapon and jumping off this particular cliff, my game crashes" but the shit getting through these days is like "I summon my vehicle and it flies into me, exploding and killing me" (feat Cyberpunk)

Could also be if the game is playing a video file, and you have HDR video playback enabled in windows.
