Along with 50 hip thrust/raises,lundges, and squats but there weightless but I'm scared my will get smaller rather then bigger same with my thighs||

Your calorie intake is fine, I would suggest adding some level of resistance to your workout. Bands perhaps. Also look into Maca root extract pills. They help build targeted muscles
