idk much about computers but one time my computer stopped working and kept restarting like that and i opened it up and took out like one of those small circle batteries out of the cpu card and put it back in after a couple minutes and it fixed it. apparently it's how you reset bios and stuff to factory default. everything worked fine after that and i still have all my files
