Another Eden is one of the best gachas ou there, Take your time and Enjoy it.
Also you can get Minalca to 5*, Just need to get her tome drop in her VHAD (I think its Riftbreaker VH) which takes a bit but is very worth it, Minalca is still one of the strongest characters in the game.

She already deals some of the highest damage in game even outside fire element teams
Then she literally comes with the best sidekick in the game at 5*, heals every turn and revive all dead characters after 8 turns.

Velette is really the only "competitor" to how overall useful Minalca is. Nothing else in the game comes close outside there own designed teams.

Apart from that I have had a incredible amount of fun trolling on the AE discord just progressing through story mode, Episode 3 is still my favorite part then there is the Wanderer chapters and collab stories, then I tried a couple of superboss, 😂 then that couple turned into all of them.
Just so much good with this game and none of it is locked behind a energy or pay wall.

If you want amazing story, go through the Wanderer chapters, To this day Chapter 5 and 6 still have some of the best writing that AE, No probably I've ever seen in a gacha game

If you have Minalca you pretty much don't even need to summon ever because she alone can help F2P teams beat every boss (including superbosses) in the game, It won't be fun but she can carry you to end game.
I would say unless you really like the character, Save your Chrono Stones and Tsubara gems

They made him a bow tank character in AE, The stream was already a bad sign and it got worse when he actually arrived.
I have Partito in COTC and he is by far the strongest character I have on there.
Velette is the whole reason why I started playing AE seriously again, she is incredibly fun to use and it made me want to build a thunder team.
AC Myunfa.... I've done some crazy stuff with her, by far the best support and it's not even close.
Might be able to even show 1 of the crazy things on here as it's not the AE discord.

I've been stuck using Alma and if only I had AC Hismena I would finally be able to replace her.

AC Dewey is probably my most wanted character and I would say he is very strong more because of his utility than raw power. Similar to AC Hismena he can pretty much be placed in any team.

So firstly try getting Minalca's 5* form, You need to farm this dungeon (Very Hard mode only) until the Nemisis tome drops

because people love to shit about the game because of the grind but they all still playing or coming back to it because no other game gives them the feeling of progression that gbf gives you.

there is powercreep ofc but you dont have to play the meta chars to clear content. Yes for the real endgame its recommend to have meta chars but you will get them over the time playing because the best and strongest chars are still farmable in this game. The whole game is completely clearable with f2p weapons that you can farm even the high end raids. so you dont have to chase meta! there is also a really huge wiki that gets updated almost every day by the players

dont wanna sound like a fanboy but cygames have good reputation especially for giving out a lot of free stuff to their players. Also yes they care about their games they have weekly live streams with Character VAs and also 3 really big livestreams where they give us infos about upcoming updates. Most of their games are very successfull in JP and run for a very long time so we have Rage of bahamut running for 14 years now and GBF running for 9 years now and Priconne running for 6 years now
World Flipper that ran for 4.5 years and is completly finished story wise and content wise so they ended the service for it. Uma Musume running for 3-4 years
all of these games get a lot of love from their devs and Cygames loves to collab with their own games and other games or mangas so you will see at least 2 collabs per year
3.5) Versus is a fighting game that was released 2 years ago but had now code rollback or something so they said "fck it we make a new and better version" the game will be f2p or buy 2 play on 14.12.
The game comes also with a Free Fall guys mode with lots of minigames and other stuff! Also a whole big ass story mode thats somewhat connected to the mobile game
(we dont talk about draglia lost because thats nintendos fault not cygames)

For example lets go through GBF rewards
This month people speculate on 19th we will get Roulette which gives you between 10 - 100 (200) draws every day for free (the 200 is a one time thing) this goes through flash gala and legfest (6% SSR chance) on top of that we will get a lot of ressource rewards and gems because GBF has their yearly Granfes in Japan which is a 2 day convention from 23.12 to 24.12 with lots of livestreams and events and stuff and they give out tons of rewards.
So know you thinking "hey thats unfair because if iam unlucky and get 10 draws everyday and others get 20 or 30 or more that makes me sad"
for that case cygame implemented a little extra for unlucky players! the less draws you get from roulette there is a little bar on the side that fills and if you fill it to the top you get a gacha frenzy which lets you draw until you have a SSR (at the end of the roulette event you get a super frenzy which lets you draw until you have 5 SSR and the rateup for SSR nearly doubles with every roll)
(also there sometimes they add a rock paper scissor game after your draws and if you win they double the amount of draws you get)
AFTER all that fuzz we get a 200 draw for free on 3rd of january or something
2 months later we have anniversary which gives around the same amount of rewards
3 months later is summer which gives the same just without roulette (you get a huge ton of gems)
