It’s not a bad game. At least for character design lol. I think the devs tried to replicate Genshin vibes so I like it for that. As a game on its own it’s alright. Very auto so I know a lot of people don’t like that. I personally do though

There’s a tier list with pretty much all the details you need
I can link if you want
But the best all around team for you rn is gonna be eluya and media as your dps (very strong single target and aoe combo, carried me thru most of the game and I still use eluya). For a tank, use kear (aoe barriers) until you get a 3* tank (they’re all good really). For healer I’d go screamer. I used her until I pulled nuno (3*, best pure healer) but liv (other 3* healer) is also really good and she does dps as well
Tldr; your team should be kear, eluya, media, and screamer
