Anti madness is a solid goto with any com expecting the army to do the damage but a mounted helm with madness immune will suffice.

They've made some big changes to war of the ring also

How some events play out will either help or hurt your cause later during osgiliath

The AI are also more aggressive and the change in barracks is quite nice.

They've also slowed the speed how the game plays out

You can still have high-level coms within 3-5 days but your building progression is slowed

They biggest factor will be to get into a server with good population

I played through it on a season 1 account and it was the most fun I had since the game came out

So they confirm that Oglurg’s damage boost skill can actually decrease based on defense. Like you get less value than what’s advertised. lol

Btw in case anyone I did a lot of testing last night. The difference of 17 defense results in .2% damage increase from Grond Assault boost

In other words. It’s quite worthless to pile defense on Oglurg if the goal was to boost damage. Defense itself is useful for other things sure
