I don’t believe it has build up control points. Basically the seasons they have are;

1. Troops have 3rd abilities you can choose from
2. Help Frodo get the ring to mount doom Ala the movies
3. Build up keeps you take to get different perks from those keeps, increasing the more you level it and the stronger the keep it is
