for those not in the know this is a system bug that affected only players who bought alchemy tix pack and used said alchemy tix you bought you will be banned for it, yes its their bug but they will roll you back and suspend you for using your tix

if you had spare tix laying around they will be deducted during this bug and the amount of alchemy tix will also be deducted from all your other tix as well

in other words: this bug isnt our fault its you players fault for keeping your alchemy tix and not using them, its not our problem if you spent money on alchemy tix and encountered our bug but here your punished to.

if your on eversoul global beware of this, their customer support is just ridiculous bad

proof of negatives, i had alot more of each tix well i dont anymore after rollback

if you plan to spend on this game, just dont. its not worth the trouble if they will ban you and take away what you paid for due to a bug on their end.

this has happened before on uma musume but on much larger scale that affected their ceo and management staff as well

if you guys understand then yeah dont spend on their games, they will always blame the player on any of their bugs in game

their improvement task force is a nice lie to appease public, it doesnt exists lols
