2hs bags are only worth something if you are willing to hold them for long periods of time. The longer you hold them, the less valuable they become because progression slows down.

let's preface this. I'm only level 71, and anyone above me has better advice. 2 hr rewards are better if you can hold on to them for a few days, but after you hit the first few walls, their value drops. Dupes of something you are pushing are really valuable. For me the Chloe dupes will do more for me than anything else this event. Long term, the reward buildings gain value over time. If they were percents instead of fixed values, they would be worth more. We don't know when space in town will be an issue, but for now, they present the best value per event item spent.
