You need to build a sw burst for train if you just want to do almost auto, you only have to go through burst once. You just aim between the leftmost turrets/launcher to hit them all at once.
For skills: Miranda (burst 6), Anne: Miracle Fairy (burst 6), SW (burst at least 8), Maxwell (1st skill 8), Neon (2nd skill 4)

Just did a mock battle with that lineup just make sure you hit all the turrets with sw burst, only a couple resets to get the aim right@empty veldt

I don't have the skills fully built up though
