Starting a thread for this one.

I have been having issues with my controls being inputted. There are random times where the game is running fine but I cannot move Melione and can't even open the pause screen.

@harsh raptor are there any other wired or wireless devices that you can disconnect from the PC?

Also - so previously the game was running and the controller was ok. Then the controller stopped working, and now when you try to boot the game with the DualSense it crashes. Is that correct?

No what happens is when I am playing the game, the controller randomly decides to drop input, from somewhere between 30 seconds and two minutes. When I try to put in a report for the bug, the game crashes.

#

Should I try to get a recording of what's happening?

#

I've disconnected all other wireless devices from the laptop as well.

Ah okay thank you for clarifying

#

Ok first for the controller, can you try disabling Steam Input for the game? Library > right click Hades II > Properties > Controller > Override for Hades II dropdown > Disable Steam Input

#

And then for F10, that freezes the game and you may have to alt+tab to find the bug reporter window

And when I press F10, it completely crashes the game and closes it. It doesn't freeze it, just closes

Is the controller dying/running low on battery?

For F10, is Main menu> Options > Interface > Transmit Data checked?

#

And are you on Mac or PC?

It is fully charged and I don't know for sure. Gonna boot up the game and try again

And I am on PC

I apologize for the wait, I had work and it has been taking up a lot of my time
