oh i forgot to check back in here lmao but basically i spent a lot of time taking in the sights of the maps and looking hidden things and pondering deeply about the lore (and what i liked and hated about what sc2 did) than i did actually playing in any strategic manner rofl i had my difficulty set low during my initial campaign runs specifically so i could take in the world. it's been many years since i last played though :D

really depends on the kind of project they put out lol at the very least im glad they didnt touch starcraft too much. i was actually kinda bitter when wow dropped bc i didnt want mmo warcraft. and then as it became more and more clear an rts warcraft would never come again, i was gutted lol. so i distanced myself from it, it doesnt really exist to me past warcraft 3. which... yknow.... of course means i am very upset what they did with warcraft 3.................... but starcraft was my fav from the moment i played it, despite the many hours i put into the dark portal and listening to deathwing 2948375 times. it was perfect to me. sc2 not so much but i still enjoyed it, loved all the kerrigan cinematics, the one she hears about raynors supposed execution and that one tusked zergling comforts her still makes me

i played an early demo thingy of it (back from itch.io) and let me tell you
the game is silky smooth
but it slows down just for a fraction of a second whenever you parry or pull of some cool stuff
which just feels... amazing
quite a lot of games do that, believe it or not

YOU CAN PUNCH PELLETS AS THEY LEAVE YOUR SHOTGUN AND MAKE THEM EXPLODE ON IMPACT

In addition to classic Pokemon I also toy around with Other Metagames, like STABmons (all Pokemon get all moves with which they share a type) and Pokebilities (all of a Pokemon's Abilities are active at the same time).
Dragapult gets banned in a lot of them, but one of them called Inheritance (take a Pokemon's entire kit, and have it overwrite another Pokemon's kit) didn't ban Dragapult, so I gave it Golurk's kit.

Ordinarily, the game would say "Use an Electric attack to hit Skarmory," and would not pre-empt you switching to Swampert to absorb it with Swampert's Ground-type.
At least, in earlier generations that was the case.
