so i ran to help him
on my way there the outline dissapeared and i thought he died
i turned the corner and saw this big, ugly, blobby thing covered head to toes in blood and guts running at me 
so i gunned it down
and then my buddy went like "yo wtf why did you kill me?"
which then prompted a vote to kick me for killing my teammates
turns out it was him - he was just so caked in gore he actually looked like a zombie

So it’s said to be around 30 hours long according to Miyazaki.
Maybe 40 hours depending on how long the player takes
You will be starting from level 1 again kinda. So they don’t want players to just slaughter there way easily through the dlc so what they are doing is creating a new level up system specifically for the DLC
This level up system is basically gonna be similer to sekiro.

If you don't mind going blind, that would be the best approach imo
and I wouldn't worry about dying or losing runs too much or too often, it's part of the game and you get to enjoy a lot of the story
I think people get a first clear on average around 40-50 runs or so
