it just makes it less frustrating to play
most of the time you need to give some indication of where to go because it is sometimes very easy to get lost
I remember there was a dev commentary in portal about how they had to add signs because players just never looked up

Processing information isn't the same deal from people to people. An improvement in readability (be it a more readable thing that already existed beforehand, or new ways to read the same information) will help some people process the critical information in the way that could make the game more accessible to them

The actual negative reviews are the dlc not being delivered instantly
The majority are just TF2 fans and people dogpiling it

i can recommend the sniper elite spinoff
the zombie army series
i played zombie army 4 with a fren last year
and it was super fun in co-op
the first few hours are a bit rough
but once you start unlocking stuff and get a decent build going - it's fun
and also - you get to show off you best shots if you're sniping
cause if you get a headshot from a really long distance the game stops for EVERYONE and cuts to the camera following your bullet slowly going through a zombie skull
so that everyone can - and has to - see it
it never gets old

It's not a "cancellable offense," just disappointment over what LTT have done in general (inaccurate reports, potential and likely conflict of interest, forgoing of video QC, straight up auctioning things off that aren't theirs at LTX - most likely due to break down in communication)
It's a lot of small things that viewers, including myself didn't bother to fact check since we trust them and their process.
But their process is exposed to be quite suboptimal and inaccurate.
I'll still watch LTT, just with a more critical eye.

I think LTT is growing too fast without good communication between teams. Like the editor and the lab seems to walk on different beats from my own viewing experience.

Product failed.
LTT trashed the product, saying no one should buy it.

Linus went on WAN show doubling down, still insisted that it's trash despite him not testing it properly.
Company asked for prototype back many times.
They never got it back, hence delaying their development and can't send it to other reviewers.

tldr is they got some cooler prototype from some startup, they also got a 3090ti with it to test it on but they "lost" that card so they tested it on a 4090 which it was not designed for so they trashed the cooler, then they sold of that prototype at an auction instead of returning it as was requested by the startup, then basically cutoff all contact with the startup until GN did video on it, then they claimed they already agreed to pay for the prototype before GN did the video but the startup said they weren't even contacted by LTT until after the GN video and nothing was agreed on yet
and now some more stuff is getting thrown into the mix
like a former employee started claims of company culture of harassment and toxic workplace
so interesting times
also apparently LTT started sending emails to the auction winners trying to figure out who bought what as they apparently "lost" the list of that as well and need it for tax purposes
but seems more like they are trying to track down the cooler because after the GN video they told the startup that they could get it back
