- I actually wanted to use aspect of Arthur, but I didn't change
- First boon had cast, and it had been a LONG time since I used ares cast, so I decided to give it a try. Just happened to be a 32 heat run.
The idea was to use arthur with ares or artemis special, but it ended like that.
I don't really plan my runs, most of the time I use the weapon that will give me more darkness, and chaos boon. Sometimes I decide to do a specific build, it depends. 32 heat ended being quite fun tbh. Didn't try much before since I had to put too many annoying things with the old pact, now it's very enjoyable!

Ah I don't think I took a screenshot post-game but I was playing with Eris Rail Aspect (absorb special gives +damage), and managed to get the 5-shot special + special becomes a rocket Daedalus Hammer Upgrades. With a +base damage boon on Special (I think I had Poseidon, which was like +125% Special Damage), I literally one-shot everything...that was fun lol. Everything melted so fast lol.

Not a super fast or high heat run (focusing on completing the most prophecies for legendaries/duos as possible and new story ofc) but I just gotta share the build I ended up using. Blizzard Shot was literally melting everything from enemies to bosses, "Typhoon's Fury" probably did a lot for enemies that can be pushed but the way Casts move slowly, pierce and fire shards with "Blizzard Shot" alone is incredible, paired with "Greater Recall" it became an insane machine gun on bosses. I even had a Lambent Plume that I decided to combo/level up with Zagreus' Aspect of the Fists stacked to 30.8% dodge and redacted died so fast it even leveled up once more to 31.9%

Same here! First Extreme Measures 4 run was a bust, but I got through on the second try! I honestly think Ares Call was the saving grace, as the invulnerability helped me dodge quite a bit throughout the fight.

see i got off 3 artemis super calls during the final boss which did STUPID damage lmaooo. that said, i used ruthless reflex cuz 3 dashes is more than enough, so i had lthat combined with crits, some massive backstab damage boosts, and athena dash for immunity
plus aphro had him doing less damage any time he did manage to hit me. the build is really good ,but gilgamesh is nutty, i think that 400 damage is gonna get nerfed and perhaps its base damage too if we're unlucky

So on one of my runs last night I was battling the last boss and we were both incredibly low health. I went in for the kill and we hit almost at the same time. I died and my hit still registered on him and it played both winning and losing dialogue. Still only counted as a loss but it was gut wrenching to get so close to my first victory and it be taunted by the game in such a manner

32 heat Hestia rail completed! Went almost the entire run without any attack boon. Approval Process denied an attack boon at least 5 times over the course of the run. Common Deadly Strike was the last boon I got in this run.
The entire run went like this:
Reload -> Special -> Shoot -> Cast -> Repeat.
Savior Speeder Greatshield swarms could've been completely impossible, but thankfully they stop giving resistance at some point.
Somehow I did EM3 Theseus and Asterius fight completely untouched, without even losing a single charge on the acorn. Final boss was also almost no-hit, though I blew all acorn charges on a laser. Smoldering Air Aphrodite's Aid helped immensely in Styx.

None of my special attack buffs actually really worked well together, the tempest flourish messed up the vicious skewer and the chain skewer was alright, but because it would bounce it made hitting with the return much harder lol. but the damage was solid, and on enemies that were one on one and not affected by knockback, it was nice.

@autumn valley Chain Skewer is enough on itself, it doesn't really need other hammers, but if you aim for it and RNG then says no, that run becomes a torture

nice @solid crest. Yeah, I noticed that @lucid plover. Sometimes the spear would just bounce between two walls and I basically had no weapon until it decided it had enough fun and settled down
