Pact is not too bad. I honestly would commit to either FO2 or HL5 and completely turn off the other. HL5 is the easier option on melee weapons. DC2 is a massive time sink and it's slowing you down a lot more than you imagine. Would remove it and put those points in LC.

You should use Stubborn Defiance to heal. Enemies hitting for 100% extra is a bit intimidating but with FO0 you'll rarely get hit to begin with.

All you need for Zag Bow is Attack.

Re Blown Kiss: I am pretty sure the hitbox of Crush Shot is a cone with a bit of a dead zone at the center of origin. And I am pretty sure that Blown Kiss stretches the hitbox of your Cast, which increases its range but also the dead zone. So you need to undershoot your arrows a bit more. It's a problem with Flurry Shot because you can't undershoot with it, but otherwise it's fine.
