The only thing I can think of is changing primary attack to a trigger, if you have issues moving your fingers between buttons quickly then it’ll be hard for you to dash-attack. I didn’t change anything personally.

That's very much false in my case. I lose sight of the slow moving projectiles during Aphrodite's trial and get hit and those things hit HARD and stun you. It's significantly easier for me (myself, personally, my own play style) to dodge and maneuver around the AOE zones of other god's attacks.

kill the bull first, learn attack patterns, use the pillars to avoid taking damage, make sure bull is dead before you get theseus to his second phase, when you see a pink crossair on you that means that theseus is gonna throw his spear at you, after he throws his spear he will turn around which means you can attack him, when he is in his second phase you should spend more time dodging the things he summons
